Who am I

I bring a broad understanding of business processes – management, core and support. I am good at strategizing, problem solving, brainstorming, visioning, and roadmap development and enabling change using project management principles. My mission is to listen, lead and coach and provide “fresh eyes” to help the business achieve operational excellence for the“Why of the business”.

I strive always to make things meaningful with a positive engagement and mindset. I am a pragmatic “people and process”- focused disciple with a good grounding in most key business areas that include general management, finance, HR, product development, programs, customers, suppliers, IT, and operations. I have worked in multinationals and global SME’s and led departments at executive and middle management level. As a leader, working with and for people is my main motivator. I work closely with the IT systems environment as a business integrator and change manager with project management experience. As an engineer I enjoy and understand physically complex products with demanding specifications and like the smell of the shopfloor.
